"Due Process of Law" is a phrase that says what it means and means what it says. The "definition" or "interpretation" = meaning= is self-evident.
It is a PROCESS governed by LAW to determine what is DUE.
Today the equivilant to the phrase utilized around the world is THE RULE OF LAW.
Do we have 'Due Process of Law' / 'The Rule of Law' today, on our Land, our US of A?
I say NO. We have only the pretence or appearance of this essential for LIBERTY and JUSTICE. But in reality, NO.
